That Eccentric is Co-Founded by Zarif Ali and Rongbin Gu in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. They're friends that go to the same school. They had a passion of starting a company and decided to do it on technology. They pitched their business plan to many others who were satisfied with what they wanted to do and supported them. With the support of their friends and school staff they now have weekly meetings in a conference room within their school called the "Think Tank".
